Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting the bold, authentic pizza luce flavors our guests love. As Head Chef, you'll oversee daily operations, manage prep and line staff, develop seasonal specials, and maintain our high standards of quality and freshness. This is a leadership role for someone who's passionate about great food and great teams.
Line Cook
Join our kitchen crew and help bring the pizzaluce menu to life each day. You'll be responsible for prepping ingredients, assembling and firing pizzas, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but we're happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Front of House Server
Be the face of luce pizza and deliver warm, memorable experiences to every guest who walks through our door. Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, managing table turns efficiently, and resolving guest concerns with a smile. If you're naturally friendly and love connecting with people, this role is for you.
Delivery Driver
Help pizza luce fans get their favorite pies delivered hot and on time. As a delivery driver, you'll be responsible for safe, timely delivery across the Duluth area, maintaining a professional appearance, and providing friendly customer service at the door. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Restaurant Manager
Lead the overall operations of Pizza luce with energy and strategic vision. The Restaurant Manager oversees staffing, inventory management, budgeting, guest experience, and compliance with health and safety standards. We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader who shares our commitment to bold flavors, exceptional service, and a thriving team culture.
